Large 800m plot with artificial grass, 7 x 6 pool and 1.20m/1.70m depth, barbecue area, covered porch and storage room with washer and dryer.
The villa has WIFI, air conditioning in the main bedroom, living room, another in the corridor to cool the rest of the bedrooms.
